Book Blogger Hop was created by Jennifer @ Crazy-For-Books in March 2010 and is currently hosted by Coffee Addicted Writer. The hop’s purpose is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and receive new followers to your own blog.
This week’s question is:
What draws you in more: the book’s title, the book’s cover, or the summary on the back cover?
@ruthsic
Book cover and summary, in that order. Book cover catches my eye, and I then check out the summary. Titles don’t really matter.
@spiravirgo
For me it usually the premise, it depends a lot on what genre it is but if it;s sci-fi or fantasy, I tend to buy books instantly and then I lament why I’m losing money…
I also buy way to many books. If there’s a book sale, I’ll be there. And somehow I also find the money to bring a few home…
I’m also not that much of a cover freak. Premise yes, Titles definitely and authors.
Here’s my Weekend Book Friends #9
I agree. Covers are so important.
Cover is what pulls me in too.
