Book Blogger Hop: September 11-17

Book Blogger Hop was created by Jennifer @ Crazy-For-Books in March 2010 and is currently hosted by Coffee Addicted Writer. The hop’s purpose is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and receive new followers to your own blog.

This week’s question is:

Do you read books by authors from outside your country? Any book recommendations? Also, if non-US/UK, could you name one author/book from your country?

Ruthsic@ruthsic

Being an INTL blogger most of my reading comes from authors in other countries! From my own country (India) I don’t really read because I feel there is no proper YA? The closest it comes to is what would be considered New Adult (with early 20-something protags) but with YA themes sorta. And I know this is a cliche answer, but one of the authors I have read is Chetan Bhagat

  1. Those of us who have English as a first language are spoilt with the choice of books we have, and since I don’t speak any other languages I’m stuck with those authors who use it.
