Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish and now hosted by Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl, wherein each week bloggers list out their Top Ten.
One of the best ways to support a book you loved is to write a review for it. Now generally I am a ‘write a review ASAP’ kind of person, but there was a time before my blogging days when I didn’t write a review for every book I read. Even after that, I sometimes miss out on writing reviews because I didn’t get time, I forgot, or I marathoned series so fast I can’t differentiate events from books, and well, basically, I didn’t end up writing a review. Then there are some books I read recently that I am still writing a review (in my head) for. So, I thought better to categorize them by their reasons for this week’s topic.
Manga books I basically marathoned
Books from my pre-review days
Books I forgot to write reviews for and now it Has Been a While
Books that I can’t yet put words in a review for (but RTC!)
Which books did you love but haven’t reviewed?
I started blogging when I was 14 and at first I only wrote movie reviews, so there are a lot of books I read years ago that I never got around to reviewing (I’m not a big re-reader.) There are some I absolutely loved and remember them really well but I still wouldn’t trust myself to write a review years later. If you don’t mind a suggestion, the thumbnails on this post are really small and I can’t see some of the titles. Maybe you could type the titles down or make the images bigger? 🙂
I’m so sorry for the small thumbnails! I’ll rectify it by typing the titles down!
Don’t be sorry, I just thought I’d let you know! 🙂
There are so many books I love that I don’t review because I don’t have the time and even when I do don’t always post the reviews on my blog since there are already many ARC reviews to be posted and so, it is good to see some books you loved!
My list mainly contains of books I read before I had my blog haha! Also sometimes it is just too hard to put in words why you loved a book! Although I’m very curious to your review of Addie La Rue!
My post!
I like the way you organized this post. Very nice.
My TTT .
I have an ongoing list of books I want to review, but haven’t. Either because I can’t find the words, or I don’t have ENOUGH thoughts or I just want to prioritise other posts. So you definitely aren’t the only one.
