Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish and now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl wherein each week bloggers list out their Top Ten.
It’s almost Halloween! So naturally, this week’s prompt was a themed freebie, and I chose to do a top ten list of books that I heartily recommend for creepy vibes and eerie atmosphere.
Which books send a shiver down your spine?
I definitely want to read The Loneliest Girl in the Universe. And I thought Contagion was awesome.
Relic is another one I’m intersted in, and I still need to read Gillian Flynn.
Ooh, The Girl from the Well sounds like a good read! Thanks for the recommendation.
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday.

Down Among the Sticks and Stones was such a good read. I hear so many good things about Sawkill Girls and might just buy it because of all the praise. Great list and happy Halloween!
Happy Halloween! I hope you enjoy Sawkill Girls!
I’m happy to see The Loneliest Girl In The Universe on so many lists this week. I really want to read that one.

I haven’t been able to make up my mind about whether to give The Girl From The Well a shot or not. Great list!
Well it is a horror novel, and there is implied sexual assault in it, so if those won’t trigger you…
Ah right, I meant more along the lines of is it actually scary, etc etc. I haven’t read much horror, just some Stephen King here and there!
