September is over and can you believe we are staring down the end of the year? This month was filled with a lot of complicated emotions for me, much of which I tried to push down with books and art. Also me missing Japan, and the advent of autumn has me more morose than usual. To cheer myself up, I have been getting more into sharpening my art skills, which has been working until a point. Books are, however, my best solution, and instead of drowning myself all the time like in August, this time, I made an effort to keep my blog more active, too – for the most part, anyway, I had a consistent schedule. I also got most of the galleys releasing this month out of the way, so I am happy about that.
Anyway, coming my reading this month – now that I am not particularly under pressure by the Goodreads challenge, I just want to see how much more I can read until the end of year.
Another awesome month for reading: a total of 33 books (same as last month)- 22 full-length novels, 6 graphic novels, 2 short stories and 3 novellas.
Try it out maybe?

- This blog is now an Amazon, The Book Depository, and Wordery affliate!! This does not make any change with the content of the reviews, of course, but you will notice buy links now on reviews of books I rate 3 stars or more, as well. Buying through these links will give me a small percentage of the sale with no extra cost to you, so it is a great way of supporting this blog if you are going to buy the book anyway!
- As I said before, I have been honing my art skills and if you want to follow my progress, as well as get to peek on my WIP, I have a new Instagram account – arthsic2. Follow me and give my art some love!
- New fanart of Jetta from For A Muse of Fire is up! You can also find the August Flynn artwork on my fanart page! Both art prints are now on my Society6 page if you want to have your own copy!
