September, oh, September, you glorious month! I took a break from reading mostly galleys this month and indulged in some books off my TBR. (Also, I low-key started a Scribd subscription and I am a bit too excited about the number of audiobooks that I have access to)
The month started with me racing to finishing as many as possible for the last 10 days of The Reading Quest. Then a break of a week where I don’t remember reading much, followed by Cosmo readathon (only one prompt out of five completed *sob*) and Banned Books Week (3 banned books read, yo!). October is going to full of readathons – it is Halloween after all! – and I am looking forward to it. But first, lets look back on September:
Firstly, my Goodreads challenge:
18 full-length books (7 of which were read in audio), 1 graphic novel, and 1 short story, and 1 reread bringing up my tally to 21 books this month. Woohoo! It’s been a while since I’ve crossed the 20 mark. Still quite behind on my reading challenge, though. *sigh* I may have to decrease the goals to a more attainable number by the end of this month.
Here’s what I sort them as:
Read it ASAP
